Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods
you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product
becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform
you.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched
up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect
your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
Changes or cancellations can only be made during the first 12 hours and as long
as your order has not gone into production. As these blinds are made-to-measure
it will be difficult to cancel them once the fabric has been ordered. There is a
10% cancellation fee on orders that can be stopped. In most cases, no changes or
cancellations can be made once the order has been sent to us.
